This washi and bamboo woodblock printed kite was done by Jose Sainz of San Diego California. It's style of kite is based on a traditional Japanese tako dako. It was done for the Moku Hanga Kite exhibition through KIWA (Kyoto International Washi Associaition) of Kyoto, Japan. The kites are on traveling exhibition and will be sold at the end of 2012.
