Small Cody War kite with Topknot (may be the one now owned by Paul Chapman?) together with kite winch, soldier in short wicker basket and Cody, Lela and Frank in Landau, with driver Charlie Phillips (became Liese's husband). Note winch support ground anchoring pegs. This image is dated 1904 by Broomfield in Pioneer of the Air, page 34; this may not be correct. Same as 706
