In early 2012, a man named Charlie Watson sent us a collection of kites that his father, Logan Fow, had collected in 1978 while travelling through Sri Lanka, Thailand, Burma, Singapore, Hong Kong, Java, Bali and India. This kite is part of that collection. Many thanks to the family of Logan Fow for sharing this kite, part of the Logan Fow collection, NZ, with Drachen Foundation and the world.
Burmese Fighter Kite: There are few kites from Burma in kite collections. Having a small collection of originals will help us to study and see relationships in other Southeast Asian fighter kites, what size, materials and overall design (shape) are the same or different.
