In the late 1980s the kite community was graced by creative photographer Dave Bogie. His tongue-in-cheek KGB, Kite Group Boise (Idaho), was active in festivals in the Northwest and Dave produced wonderful slide shows well before the advent of PowerPoint – featuring the Washington International Kite Festival.
