A devoted kite maker, flyer, and promoter of Indian kites, Dilip was a Drachen Foundation 5th Miniature Kite Contest winner. He is 76 years young, with a 72 year long history of kiting experiences in Mumbai. He founded the Golden Kite Club over 37 years ago, and his passion for kites is infectious.
