A kite-inspired painting, probably acrylic on paper, by Australian artist Leon Peracles. Made for an exhibition of miniature artwork held in conjunction with the 1995 WOlrd Cup of Sport Kiting, held in Lakes Entrance, Australia. This is #20 0f 20.
Peracles was a notable kite maker in the early 1980's, I especially remember a train of hexagon kites and tails that was spectacular. He then pursued a career in art.
