These two commercially printed banners on nylon/synthetic material were made for city decorations to advertise the 2003 Taipei County International Kite Festival. Festival director was Angela Wu. Kitemakers from all over the world were invited to do workshops in schools and at the festival, besides flying their creations for the public on the beaches of Taipei.
