4 images. A) Winged rhomboidal box (with nose sail), Very likely to be Newcastle as this kite was used for man-lifting there at Town Moor in August 1902. See 264, 276, 677. B) Another similar but showing pilot kite. C) Carrier War Kite with extra long forward central strut/fairlead to engage with flying line. Cody sitting in wicker kite seat. D) Similar to C) but taken from below.
