Man lifting kite seat together with bundle of rolled up kites on wheeled kite winch/cart. This image used in Cody brochure advertising the Cody War Kite with caption "A complete outfit of man-lifting kites packed up ready for transport". (same as 044, 695). Part of sequence of photos that include 035, 044, 096, 177, 184, 253, 254, 255, 256, 261, 262, 384, 442, 509, 695, 753, 754, 756, 757, 779, 783, 784, 797. This is likely to be description 3) the complet outfit for Government use..... in Journal A .. S F Cody's Aroplaine...etc Probably Bury St. Edmonds but could be Leeds or Worcester.
