Incomplete phoenix or bird kite, most likely from Indonesia or Malaysia. Head and wings missing. Heavy oval bamboo frame with one spar down the center, attached at oval frame with natural twine. Sail is nylon fabric in white, blue, yellow and red. Seven wavy-edged tails of various sizes extend from the body, three have sewn teardrop shape pieces and gold mylar as accent design, ending in a heart shaped piece at the base of the tail.
