Artist Charlie Sotich of Chicago, Illinois, created these flying miniature kites for the people he loved. This one was done for Betty Street of Lubbock, Texas in the style of patchwork design.
Art work is done on light weight mylar sheeting, in permament markers. The flying line might be light weight silk, or light weight thread. He has made a winder for the line of styrofoam and a toothpick.
