Traditional rokkaku made by Hideo Matsutani (Japan). Made using washi and bamboo spars. Handpainted with geometric color patterns, signed in Japanese kanji and English. Four-point bridle, two bows on back of kites. Betty remembers he painted it in the style of "patchwork," which is very un Matsutani in his kite painting style.
