Contemporary Edo kite by Rick Miller (USA) and Randy Shannon (USA). Made with soft Tyvek, braided Dacron line, and colored bond paper cut-outs painted with waterbased pigments. Sail secured by clear shipping tape. 81 dacron bridles, a pattern of 9 x 9. Sail painted in acrylic as the ocean, www.drachen.org logo at the bottom of the kite. Children have colored fishes and attached them to the sail with glue. Flown at the International Children's Festival.
