For a kite making workshop at Hiromi Paper International, Los Angeles, California, United States, North America, we asked artist Christine Yuengling-Niles to work up a printing exercise for decorating the surface of handmade paper. She chose stenciling, finger painting and stamping (self cut stamps). The inks were waterbased, and the spars were bamboo. The restults were amazing.
