These three photos show how the finished sail is being backed by paper bond to reinforce and strengthen the tissue paper artwork. All paper is being stripped from the backside and attached by clear plastic shipping tape. the kite will be exhibited the next day at the Day of the Dead festival in the cemetery of Santiago.
