A miniature kite by Charles, "Charlie" Sotich of Chicago, Illinois. flat, with the line drawing of the state of Texas and inscribed, "bill." This is in honor of bill lockhart of Lubbock, Texas. Marker pen on clear mylar, cut card stock paper for spars, glued to the back side of the kite sail.
Ribbon tail. Line is commercial cotton thread on spool.
