Barn Door art kite by Stormy Weathers (USA). Made using recycled newspaper and dowels. The newsprint comic page is reinforced along the edges with shipping tape, and the fixtures are fashioned out of drinking straws. The tail is cut from a red plastic retail bag. Four-point bridle, one bow.
The best of hobbyist and tinkerers, Stormy Weathers comic newsprint kite is one of the best examples of home kite designs.
