Kite winder, created by kite maker/hobbyist Harold Writer of Seattle Washington.
Harold was one of the best fabricators of kites using hand finished wood spars and precision sewn ripstop or cut paper. This winder was hand made by Harold of pressboard, then painted and finished to a high sheen.
